The store is a mess, looks untidy, they go for the pile it high and sell it cheap option, the problem is its not cheap! oh and the toilets, you would think a DIY store that sells bathroom fittings would at least have a clean serviceable toilets, they are truly 3rd world, broken fittings, taped off items, grubby, poor experience all round
