Poor Service, Faulty Product, and No Resolution
I’ve been paying for a faulty washing machine for over 3 months, and despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue with Defy customer service, their communication has been awful. They sent an order to HomeChoice to close the case without offering any replacement or repair and my recent emails went unanswered. The Homechoice store manager has shown no empathy and failed to provide any support or follow-up. It feels like I’ve been left stranded, with my money being taken but no action taken on their part. The lack of urgency, support, and communication is extremely frustrating. This was my first purchase with them and it's awful and disgusting. I will never ever make a purchase by them ever again and I will make my voice very loud to warn potential customers. I won't let this one slide, even if it takes me a year, scammer.
