They do not deserve any stars!
They should not be in business as they are scammers. They always have a lady on the phone and when you call for an emergency, they then tell you that you are not covered for your emergency despite taking your money for ‘emergency’ cover. I joined in February 2024 and took out full cover , called after christmas concerning a leak in my kitchen. They said I was not covered!
They should be investigated!
I emailed Home emergency assist to complain, no reply! I feel cheated and robbed by these people!
