Despite their policy EXACTLY describing the problem, ie. "electricity failure of at least one complete circuit which cannot be resolved by carefully resetting the fuse box and would not be more appropriately resolved by the regional electricity network supplier" the woman I've finally got to speak to today now says that unless ALL home electrics have failed it's not covered!!! UNBELIEVABLE!
