I have been £33 a month for 4 years and never used the service until I tried today Absolutely disgusting service from HEA. I rang them 24 hours ago explaining that I have a leak from a pipe in the loft that is leaking on to the ceiling and currently ruining my house and this company has chosen a contractor that is based 30 miles away and given me a 9 hour window for their arrival. Having spoken to the contractor my appointment is the end of the day. What kind of “emergency assist” is this. I HAVE A PIPE LEAKING IN MY HOUSE” and there is no urgency or care from anyone in your business. I just keep getting told that’s all we can do. What am I paying £33 a month premium cover for??? Nothing. Absolute rubbish service rubbish customer service. And being made to wait 45 mins on hold to speak to a manager. What a joke of a company. ***AVOID***
