I originally wanted to book from the 21st until the 1st of October as I was in Montreal on during that time one booking I had put into the op those exact dates upon hitting, confirm suddenly the dates was retained from the 27th until the 4th which dates that were no good to me I spent five days trying to get ahold of hometogo cancel my reservation to my dismay I was unable to do so then I called the location at which the reservation was made I was told to call back on the day of my check in I did so I was told I had to call again the following day as the office for the accountant was not open it has been a Non-Stop battle trying to cancel this request I will no longer use hometogo as it is just some side app that has no idea what it's doing
