I booked a last minute wkend in Filey, first time I'd used hometogo, would definitely use again in future! Despite a little hiccup of email address being entered incorrectly, which ment I didn't receive any confirmation! Which panicked me to say the least, as it was day before we were due to go away! I did however call help line which contacted the owner of our apartment, a really nice guy called Graham quickly contacted me & all was sorted out straight away!
