I made a digital reservation om home to go.uk on februari 2, 2024. After recording my creditcard information I confirmed the booking. The screen went blank. No confirmation of my booking. At the same time nearly € 2000,- was taken from my creditcard account. Exactly the amount corresponding with the booking I tried to make. Since then I trie to get into contact with home to go. They report there is no booking and they need a booking number. I never got a booking number? Who knows wat to do? Home to go is hiding behind a face book wall. They do not answer my questions. It feels I have been robbed!
