I paid extra for express shipping, as their insta ad boasts "fast shipping". It took them 2 months to get the item shipped. The package wasn't delivered to me, as instructed. I received an email saying it was delivered to a local store, I visited the store twice and the item was never delivered. Now they are saying they won't refund me unless they get their parcel back, except the parcel was never delivered so how can I return it. This is obviously a scam.
