This is the second holiday we have booked through Kirsty.Always receive great service.This time at short notice our hotel was cancelled by Thomas Cook..Kirsty waa great by sorting dealing with this and replied promptly to my queries and managing to get Thomas Cook to change us to a hotel of our choice.I will be booking our next holiday,hopefully soon.
