We had a brilliant experience booking through Horizon Direct. Victoria made the whole process very easy. We gave Victoria a budget and asked her to come up with a few different holidays and she did, what a choice! When we finally decided on our holiday the booking process was so easy. What lovely staff, they’re a credit to your company. We will definitely book again and I’ve told friends and family about our experience. Got to spread the word when you get amazing customer service.
