Both Kayla and Julie were lovely in assisting us book our little holiday. We were offered a hot drink and a biscuit whilst we looked through choices. The shop atmosphere is cosy and lovely however could do with some more exciting decor (some more things on the walls etc to make it more interesting and less like an office!) overall I am very satisfied with our experience and will for sure be using the shirebrook branch again
