Had a new boiler fitted in Feb 2024. In this day and age, where so many people just don't care, I found a company that still do. Time line: Day 1, looked on-line at boiler installers, left my mobile number. Day 1, Had a text message from Morgan asking if I'd like to get a no obligation quote. Day 2, Morgan came and looked at my needs, we agreed a price and I gave him the go ahead. Day 10, Boiler fitted and working. Unbelievable - Tommy , who did the bulk of the work was amazing. He worked on his own for most of the day and apart from the occasional drilling noises, I didn't know he was here. He made no mess and caused no fuss. Morgan, who came in the afternoon to help out with connecting Gas and Electrical bits was equally skilled in his work, no mess, no fuss and nothing was too much trouble. I have had my faith in people restored, Horndon Services are as good as their word. What they said would happen, happened. Very professional and very nice people too. I will consider them for any future work, without hesitation.
