Our boiler randomly stopped working at around 6pm on Monday night, not ideal in March. Found Horndon online quickly, filled out their contact form and had a call back within 5 minutes. We had an appt booked for the next day, that morning I had a call asking if it was possible to come earlier due to some other jobs being impacted. Said of course - Morgan turned up promptly, checked the boiler & explained the underlying issue. He had a refurbed PCB in the van which he fitted and tested. All done and the heating back on in half an hour - I would definitely recommend and although hopefully we won’t need them again I know who to call if we do.
