Quite simply the best online plant shop I’ve come across. The first sign of how committed to customer service they are was before they dispatched the order, they sent me photos of the calathea network saying it wasn’t up to their usual standards so I could either say no or have it with a 15% discount. This came with accompanying photos. As far as I could see there was very little wrong with it. I think I have learned that the quality of online plant shops is how quickly they respond to emails(within a couple of hours) and how well wrapped the plants are on delivery. These quite simply were amazingly wrapped. Absolutely secure. 2 weeks later all the plants are blooming, no signs of shock etc. I could not be more pleased and will certainly be using them again.
