I ordered 3 16" indoor plant pots, plus liners, as some of my houseplants were beginning to outgrow their existing pots.
The website makes it really easy to find what you want and the prices are clearly indicated. A few days after placing my order, a large box with my items arrived. Lots of dense paper packing - but evidently worth it as everything arrived in perfect condition.
Overall very happy with my experience and will probably buy from Hortology again, when I need to.
