I am very happy with the service and prompt assistance from the support team. However, I do not give a 5-star rating because I believe your advertising is misleading. When I signed up I was under the impression I would get "free domain" as advertised, but that is not correct. It is free if you register a new domain or let your current domain expire and re-register with Hostinger. Also, if you own a localised domain (ex. .com.au) you will have to pay regardless. It happened to a friend of mine to whom I recommended Hostinger. If these advertising issues are solved I will definitely give a 5-star.
