Nice hosting experience! As for uptime, I've never experienced any major downtimes apart from when I started - I would have 5-10 minutes of downtime but these days, it's near 99.9%. Hostnamaste hosting space is by far the best out there beating its competitors noticeably. So far, support has been good and they've gotten back to me within half a day.
