Hotcoin suspended my account for 6 months claiming I placed “too frequent orders,” but their rules don’t define what that means. I made a normal trade on MYX and earned $943 profit — nothing abusive or manipulative. There’s no transparency or clear explanation. Very disappointing and unprofessional behavior. Be careful with this exchange.
