The product itself is fantastic, but what really shone was the service from Houden bags. Although I ordered from the internet, I phoned to enquire how long the delivery would take as it was something I wanted for a holiday which I was going on two days after I phoned. They said they would look out for my order and process it the same day, such that I would receive it the next day via royal mail - in under 24 hours. This is exactly what happened and there was a nice written note to go with the bag to say that they hoped it what was what I was looking for - and it was. Service makes a difference in the world of the internet and I would whole-heartedly recommend Houden Bags.
