If I dont use Facebook or Instagram does that mean I can’t leave a review?? How about an account number would that not do it? you haven’t been the same company since you joined JD Williams. I rest my case!
In case you don’t publish this because I haven’t mentioned customer service I will now. it’s non-existent - it’s all downhill for the House of Bath, used to be quite good not so now!!
