The absolutely worst service ever - what has this once brilliant company come to?
A refund was rejected as was out of the returns window (due to Covid delays my end- it was back to 14 not 30 days suddenly and I couldn’t see this prominently on the website); and then another order was weeks late after paying for next day delivery. Gone downhill.
