I think the customer service of House of Fraser has declined. I recently made a purchased which arrived very badly damaged and had 1 part missing from the box . The outer packaging was undamaged so it had clearly been dispatched faulty. I returned it by did not receive a replacement and the numerous emails I have sent have been ignored.
