I was sent one item which was correct and the other item wasn’t what I ordered. Which is disappointing as both items were the same except for the colour. I attempted to contact via telephone and couldn’t get through. I sent a message via the website and they replied promptly instructing me to return the item and claim a refund but didn’t address my request for a replacement item. Very disappointed in the lack of customer support. Not what I would expect from House of Fraser
