Prior to a change in policy on returns I had no problem with House of Fraser.
Since Mike Ashley took over one can not return goods ordered on line in store... you can have a gift card for a business that is under threat of existence.
Cheap Sports Direct policies for a high end store; a fusion that will not bode well!
