Really dissapointed with the fact that i bought over £200 of clothing.A couple of items were unsuitable and when i returned them to the store they were quite unhelpful and said i needed to post the items back.This then cost me a further £8.This has really put me off shopping in House of fraser again.Very poor customer service.
