House of Fraser delivered a size 34 instead of size 30 pair of trousers. The item did cost £17 with a £4.99 delivery charge. I ordered the correct size and even their receipt confirmed this. After returning the item, the emailed to say they did not have the correct item. They then refunded the £17 but not the delivery charge. They have since ignored all my emails. I have therefore wasted £4.99 for thinking that These people are reasonable. They are rather unbelievable.
JUST don’t order anything online from these fraudsters.
