I found dealing with the HoF good overall. I was a bit frustratd on one item I ordered was not in stock even though the online system said it was and it was still available online after I received Email saying it was out of stock. the online system needs to keep up to date with current stock levels. They should also be a phone number where customers can contact HoF re orders they placed online - its nice to know there is someone there to help you. Email is ok but the personal touch is more re-assuring. Found the Email system of contact OK but a bit slow. I will go back again and shop at the HoF.
