The item I spent £125 had two holes in. I returned it as faulty goods. HoF provided a refund for the garment but not the £4.99 p&p delivery and the £4.10 return p&p.
According to the Consumer Contracts Regulations, introduced in 2014, customers who return items should get a refund for the price of the goods and the standard postage costs they paid for home delivery. HoF also offer refund p&p in their own policy if you provide proof of postage, but there’s no process in place for them to do this, as I’ve found out. In short, don’t buy from here if you’re not going to keep the item and you expect your purchases to be in perfect condition !
