I have had many good experiences with House of Fraser. But this last time I contacted them they have Excelled my expectations. I contacted them regarding an item I purchased almost Three-Months ago. I believed this item to be faulty, as it just gave out recently. Really worried they wouldn't even look at my case (their return policy is 14-days). It all went so smoothly, from contacting them, sending back this 'faulty item' purchased Three Months (and also I had been wearing), to them sending back to me a new order. So happy! My problem was: having purchased similar items from them before, and they all lasted over 3 years. I couldn't believe how this one gave out after Three Months. But, no issue with HoF. Smooth communication, and although I had to pay for posting back to them, it all worked out as the item was worth a lot more. Just great customer service. Thank you!
