Ordered 4 items for birthday presents. Paid for next day delivery, received 1 item the next day, 2 items the day after and still (9 days later) no sign of 4th at £96.00! No Customer Service number to call, fob off ‘standardised’ CS email replies, no CS online help (as advertised) nothing! Incredibly poor service from what is supposed to be a major UK respectable retailer (who we have spent alot of money with in the past - never again). They clearly are not bothered so please beware - so many incredibly poor reviews re. Online service - we wish we had seen them first. We are contacting House of Fraser HO (for all the good that it will do?) and then Trading Standards and the media if necessary. We have never experienced anything like this before with any online e-comms service. Appalling!
