The packaging used barely protected the fragile crockery supplied. No breakages but that was more luck than anything else.
The returns policy is the worse I have come across which YOU have to pay for.
They do not make it easy if you change your mind . Other brands offer free returns especially with the covid restrictions prevent you returning the goods to store.
