Normally the service is great but I didn’t receive some socks on my last order and I have complained and heard nothing since. It is only £4.99 but nonetheless. It’s a shame as I like HoF. I also don’t agree with the postal charges over £50 I generally make a substantial order £300 or there about and paying for postage doesn’t sit well for that amount off goods
