My parcel contained a fragile item which was broken in transit. This wasn't surprising as it wasn't wrapped securely and all items were in a plastic parcel bag, rather than a box. I contacted customer services, who replied stating that I needed to include photographic evidence. I supplied this, but as yet, have not had a response. The item wasn't expensive, but regardless of this, the person responsible for packing the items should perhaps have taken more care.
