I ordered some glass coffee glasses, which arrived smashed. I’m not surprised as they were packaged in a plastic bag as opposed to a cardboard box. The packaging of some other items arrived in bad condition which is disappointing as they were suppose to be gifts.
I have now emailed customer services 3 times and not had any response in almost a week.
