According to Hermes we were supposed to have our parcel delivered on the 9th Nov.It did not arrive,they said it would be delivered next day .On the same time you sent us an email saying our parcel has been dispatched The only update we have had states delivery would be the !0th Nov.We are still waiting. We have emailed you and Hermes Twice and received no reply from you or Hermes. You were quick enough to take our £83.99 from our account As this parcel had Christmas presents for our Grand Children we are now concerned as we cannot afford another £83.99.
