I am not a huge fan of on-line shopping for clothing but during the current climate would like to support retailers.
I ordered a Biba jacket for which I had read the reviews and description to have the best chance at a successful purchase, but when the item arrived, I was disappointed with the fit.
I spent over £70 and paid £4.99 postage and to my disappointment had to pay a further £4.50 to return the item.
In my experience, it is not unusual to have to return items and I will therefore be sticking to retailers who offer free returns.
