I have made a couple of orders recently. The first one was some Estée Lauder make up. I ordered from house of Fraser as they had a promo that meant you could get a free gift (and paid shipping, which you wouldn’t with competitors). The order took ages to be processed, and when I eventually received it there was no free gift and the blusher was cracked. I messaged on Twitter and the response was these are ‘subject to availability’. I won’t be trusting these promos again if that’s the case.
The second was not claiming any promo and that order was fine.
