Recently purchased a coat in sale. The price online was £165. At the checkout it charged £181.
The coat arrived (lovely) the price in it marked down to £165.
Email sent with order number and query asking if difference in price would still be returned ... at time of typing this no reply. Not great service as I have given extra time for reply due to these difficult times
