Goods arrived in a plastic bag no protection on any of the Christmas gifts inside every one of the items inside had damage. I Immediately contacted there customer services not even an automated email response 2nd email sent still nothing. Beware if your still tempted to order don't unless you want to give gifts that look like you've jumped on them. Can't believe this service over £100 spent charged £4.99 postage and haven't even the decency to respond. After seeing these reviews it's not isolated.
