Ordered a Paul smith watch £128 in the sale. Spare strap came, box came but watch was not there! Really upset and annoyed about the delivery of the item as the box was even damaged and the sleeve of the box was ripped with cello tape holding it together - never mind not having the actual watch delivered to me. However customer service was good. Just not good when the actual item doesn’t show up.
