Unfortunately my email complaint was not dealt with to my satisfaction. In these current times we are all having to shop on line, this is one thing I will never again do with HOF nor would I recommend. I’m in my 70’s isolating as told by the government and told to receive 2x£10 vouchers from 2 of my orders you only qualify if you click & collect- your store is CLOSED. Also Ugg gloves at a cost of £80 should have been received in a box not folded in 1/2 in a plastic bag
