the online ordering/returns is terrible.. i ordered a couple of things one being a fleece top and got two sent in separate parcels, also in one parcel was a man's t shirt i ordered they were both scrunched up in one tiny packet, they should have been sent in a larger bag..one of the fleeces had to be returned and return postage had to be paid by myself as no pre paid labels. this cost me over £3 for house of fraser mistake. i emailed customer service and said what had happened and still waiting on a replay over a week later.
