Paying for postage on returns is hugely disappointing especially from such a big high street department store and not being able to return online products back to a store is ridiculous.
I’ve had to pay £12 to return one parcel to ensure it was insured to enough value, which is ludicrous. I am loathed to shop at HOF again, which is a shame for such a struggling retailer, maybe if the customer service journey was better it would encourage more people to support them.
