HOF customer service is terrible - I don’t recommend shopping there and will stick to other department stores in future.
I recently purchased some cutlery and specifically asked if I could return it if it wasn’t right as it was £160. Told yes. When I tried to return I was then told I could only have a credit voucher - not a refund! Really poor.
