The highest delivery charge of any big retailer for no
discernible reason, multiple items became out of stock during shopping and more after placing order. I contacted to see whether I could sibstitute for a similar, same-price item so that the order was less of a waste, but was merely told items being refunded due to low stock was part of the T&Cs. Which I have no issue with, more that with items being removed from the order post-completion, the delivery charge becomes even less worth it.
