I am very disappointed with the delivery service of the product I had purchased, due to be delivered between 3-5pm it was delivered at 2:10pm and left on my doorstep. Hermes sending me an email saying it was left in the porch however we do not have a porch. Leaving the item left there for anyone to take . When purchasing high end gifts this was very disappointing.
