Spent over £400 on perfume and aftershave gift sets, Lancôme, Viktor & Rolfe etc.
Lack of packaging is absolutely abysmal.
Just thrown in a plastic bag with no outer box or bubble wrap anywhere !
Every gift box battered & bashed with perfume / aftershave bottles rattling about inside.
Won’t be using HoF ever again on line for gifts.
Boots, Debenhams & John Lewis all take care with their packaging and respect the fragile goods that they are shipping.
HoF clearly don’t appreciate this and I expect they will lose massive market share in the near future.
