I’ve shopped her for years. But am very disappointed ordered a dress and Christmas baubles the baubles arrived smashed as they were only wrapped in a thin piece of tissue paper. I’ve written asking for replacement or refund heard nothing! I can’t believe anyone would think glass ornaments would survive the post without being bubble wrapped.
