Although I’m happy with my purchases - they weren’t packaged very well - this also happened the last time I bought something online from HOF
I bought Xmas crackers and the box in which the crackers came was damaged, fortunately the crackers themselves were ok
I bought a trifle bowl a while ago and I don’t know how it got to me in one piece
The box with the bowl in was in another big box with no packaging whatsoever and that was damaged
It a miracle that all my purchases have been unscathed
